Following on from last years' conference where Oban unveiled its Digital Super Admin system (a first for the superannuation industry), this years' theme revolved around CRM integration with superannuation registry systems. To demonstrate this capability Oban showcased Microsoft Dynamics seemlessly interacting with its administration system in real-time, not just displaying registry data, but also initiating common processes (e.g. initiate an investment switch).
Oban also discussed its future roadmap including how they see the New Payments Platform (NPP) disrupting the world of superannuation payments.
