Members’ money should be processed by rules the fund can see, test and release — not buried in a batch system written before SuperStream.

Córas Rules is where fees and formulas are developed, tested and released. Business people do that work. Córas applies the result. 

The rules compile into the running system. The live path is code, not an interpreter sitting in front of the admin.

Reference tables sit with the same rules, so what the fund approved is what the system runs.
