Real-time industry traffic needs one catalogue — not a second set of interfaces invented beside the admin system.

IMS is the catalogue and the mappings for messages between employers, funds, banks, insurers and the ATO.  Córas uses that catalogue. Native AS4 carries the traffic to the Superannuation Transaction Network and the ATO, along with non-standard formats, to be the conduit for external message flows.
