Information collection
In delivering our services we may ask for personally identifiable information, including your name, phone number and postal address.

How personal information is collected
Personal information is collected mainly from you when you use our services. Log data comes from your browser; cookies are stored on your computer. We do not collect personal information from third parties without your knowledge.

Our services do not target anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided personal information, we delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information, please contact us.
By engaging with us, you consent to receiving direct marketing. We will only use your personal information for this if we collected it from you, and if it is material you would reasonably expect to receive from us. We do not use sensitive personal information in direct marketing. Each message includes a simple way to opt out. You can also contact us and ask to receive no further communications of this kind.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we maintain the privacy of your personal information, contact us. The privacy officer will consider it and may ask for more detail. If we agree the complaint is well founded, we will, with you, take appropriate steps. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Overseas transmission and storage
Your personal information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly ask us to. If you ask us to transfer it overseas, the recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we will not be liable for mishandling in those circumstances.
