Account Consolidation


 

Using our SBR2 Gateway, Oban is able to facilitate and automate the account consolidation process for Members.

 

Oban is able to do this by:

  • Connecting and sending member details securely to the ATO’s SuperTICK and SuperMatch services
  • Allowing the Member to choose which accounts to consolidate
  • Sending Initiate Rollover Request (IRR) messages to the Funds the Member is rolling out of 

The Rollover Transaction Request (RTR) messages are then sent and processed via the Fund or administrators existing business process.

Oban will also send an email or SMS notification when the IRR messages are received by the source Fund(s).

Furthermore, this solution allows the Fund to design and implement the most engaging, relevant and ‘on-style’ member facing experience.
