Notification Service

Notifications can be sent to customers at specific times during a workflow process.  Generally sent out to acknowledge when something has been received or processed, or about to be sent out.

The following are examples of typical notifications:

• Rollover request has been received
• Contribution has been processed
• Member statement about to be sent out
• Share trade has been successful

Notifications can be:

• Pushed to a Smartphone
• Sent as an SMS
• Sent as an Email
• Sent as an Instance Message

Because notifications cover a variety to channels they are an ideal way in keeping the customer informed and up-to-date.
